Terms & Conditions (Algemene voorwaarden)

1. Seller identity

Parfano is a trading name of Spirit of the East VOF, Buitenlanden 20, 1948 PD Beverwijk, The Netherlands. KVK 93964498 · VAT NL866588140B01. Contact: info@spiritoftheeast.nl.

2. Scope — business customers only

Parfano sells exclusively to businesses (B2B). By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you act in the exercise of a profession or business. Consumer-protection rules, including the consumer right of withdrawal, do not apply to purchases on this platform.

3. Ordering and contract formation

An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase. The agreement is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel orders — for example when stock, pricing or verification issues arise — in which case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. The minimum order value is {{TODO: legal review — confirm €500 ex VAT}}.

5. Payment and reservation

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer to NL24INGB0104488085 (Spirit of the East VOF), stating the order number. Ordered stock is reserved for {{TODO: legal review — confirm 5 days}} after ordering; if payment has not been received by then, the order expires and the reservation is released.

6. Delivery and pickup

Orders ship after receipt of payment from our warehouse in Beverwijk, the Netherlands, or can be picked up there by appointment during the published pickup hours. 7. Risk and retention of title (eigendomsvoorbehoud)

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier or on pickup. All delivered goods remain the property of Spirit of the East VOF until the invoice for those goods has been paid in full.

8. Complaints and returns

Inspect your order on receipt. Report shortages, wrong deliveries or transport damage within {{TODO: legal review — e.g. 48 hours}} with photos. As a B2B sale there is no right of withdrawal; returns are only accepted after our prior written agreement.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, including lost profit or resale losses. {{TODO: legal review}}

10. Governing law and forum
